Keshet is recommended for schools and educators that would like to emphasize כבוד הבריות, respecting one another, especially those who identify as LGBTQ, providing resources and necessary skills to work on integration of those students into Jewish life.

Keshet works for the full equality of all LGBTQ Jews and our families in Jewish life. We strengthen Jewish communities by equipping Jewish organizations with the skills and knowledge to build LGBTQ-affirming communities, create spaces in which all queer Jewish youth feel seen and valued, and advance LGBTQ rights nationwide.

The Equality Directory is a simple way for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer Jews and their loved ones to find inclusive Jewish clergy and institutions and learn about their policies and practices.

The website also includes resources that would be helpful for Jewish educators who wish to better understand the issues facing middle school and high school age Jewish students as their own sexuality emerges, and to better equip them to aid students in dealing with these issues.
